Your information
We collect what you send us through this website so we can answer your enquiry, check for conflicts, and advise you if you engage us. We handle it under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Documents you send us once engaged are confidential and privileged. Where we use software to help prepare advice, that software operates under confidentiality and security obligations, and a solicitor reviews everything it produces. Ask us for our data handling statement and we will send it before you engage us.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it, by emailing enquiries@leaseadvice.com.au.
